We take pride in providing high-quality hemp-derived beverages and want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

  1. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, please notify us within 2 days of delivery by contacting our customer support team at orders@sipcleann.com.

  • To process your claim, we may require photo evidence of the damaged or defective item, along with your order number.

  • Upon verification, we will issue either a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

    2. All Sales Final

  • Due to the consumable nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been shipped, except in cases of damage or defect as outlined above.

  • We are unable to accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, taste preference, or delayed delivery by carriers.

    3. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Once shipped, delivery issues caused by the carrier (such as delays or lost packages) are outside of our control, but we will work with you to resolve them where possible.

    4. How to Request a Return or Replacement

  • Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description of the problem.
